Privacy and quote requests

When you request a quote, we use your name, email, contact details, measurements and project notes to prepare and respond to your enquiry.

Where your request goes

Your request is stored privately in our WordPress administration area for authorised administrators. A notification is sent through our hosting and email services to sales@diytimberstairs.com.au. If the email service reports a problem, the saved request remains available to our team.

Your quote list

Selected products and measurements are stored in local storage in your browser so your quote list can persist between pages. You can clear the list with the Clear list control. Browser settings can also remove this local storage.

No online payment

This website does not collect payment details through the quote form. Please do not send card numbers, passwords or other sensitive information in your project notes.
